Her face is kind of off-looking. Her nose looks like one big point, and she really doesn't seem to have any lips. Her forehead is curved inward rather than outward, and her eye is too far to the side and it looks pretty flat. I'd recommend looking at a photo of a profile for a reference.

As far as the eye goes, a little shading can go a long way in a situation such as this.

The folds on the cloth and the hair are both very impressive, though.
